1. Check in after 15 h, check out before 11 h

(You can arrive at any time on your check in date and leave your luggage safe in the lockers. Our staff will let you know as soon as your room is cleaned up and ready for your stay!)

2. NO PARTIES AT THIS PROPERTY!

Quiet hours: From 10 pm till 08 am

Please respect the neighbours and other guests. Our property is located in a protected heritage zone with residential neighbours; please respect the quite hours. Loud music, parties, or disturbances are strictly prohibited!

3. Maximum 2 persons per room

Only registered guests are allowed the access to the rooms. No other visitors are permitted to stay overnight without prior approval.

5. NO SMOKING AT THIS PROPERTY

(please note that smoke detectors are installed in each room and in the halls)

6. Pets not accepted

7. We do not provide baby cots or equipment for children

​

8. Please remove sun cream before using bed linen and sheets

​

9. It is forbidden to remove appliances and equipment from the rooms (towels, covers, etc.)

10. Keys & Security

Please take care of key card / keys. Lost keys may result in a replacement fee. Always lock the door when leaving the room.

11. Waste & Cleanliness

Please dispose of garbage in designated bins. Please keep the room tidy and report any damage immediately.

12. Towels & Linen

Towels are for indoor use only. If you need beach towels please ask. We change towels every few days upon request.
