1. The rooms are located at the 4th floor (Junior and Standard) and 5th floor (Superior) of the Palace, with NO ELEVATOR
2. There are 66 steps from the ground floor (entrance to the Palace) to 4th floor and 82 steps to the 5th floor. Each step is 15 cm high.
3. Luggage storage is located inside the Palace, right next to the entrance (street/ground level)
4. Security cameras are installed in front of each room's entrance

1. Check in after 15 h, check out before 11 h
(You can arrive at any time on your check in date and leave your luggage safe in the lockers. Our staff will let you know as soon as your room is cleaned up and ready for your stay!)
