Check In

1. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: from 3:00 PM (15:00h)
Check-out: by 11:00 AM

You may arrive at any time on your check-in day and store your luggage securely in the lockers. The staff will notify you as soon as your room has been cleaned and is ready.

Before you arrive, you must contact Ines to receive:

Your check-in time availability
The code for your room key
The code for the safety box

2. ENTERING THE ACCOMMODATION

When you enter the building, you'll find lockers on the right-hand side. The key is inside any available (unlocked) locker, so you may use whichever one is open. After using the key, please return it to the same locker you took it from.

For the main building entrance code, please contact Ines directly.

PLEASE NOTE! At the main entrance there is only the code you need to insert to enter the building. Please do not try to open the green keybox! The keys of your room are up at the 4th and 5th floors, at the keyboxes in front of youir room door!

3. ENTERING YOUR ROOM

Rooms 1–5 are located on the 4th floor.
Room 6 is located on the 5th (top) floor.

Room Access

Before your arrival, contact Ines to receive:

Your room access code (for keybox)
Your safe code

Each room has a key box outside the door containing two key cards.

To unlock the door:

Remove a key card from the key box.
Hold the key card against the door handle for a few seconds.
The door will unlock automatically.

Safe

A safe is provided in every room. You'll receive its access code from Ines.

Each room in the accommodation is indicated with a number and name. In front of each room there is a keybox indicated with a number of the room.

To unlock the door: Remove a key card from the key box. Hold the key card against the door handle for a few seconds. The door will unlock automatically.

4. REGISTRATION OF YOUR STAY

PLEASE NOTE: THIS IS MANDATORY!

When you arrive at your accommodation, send Ines the details for each guest.

You can do this by:

Sending photos of your passport or ID (easiest option), or
Typing the information in a message.

You can send it via:

WhatsApp
Airbnb messages
Booking.com messages
Email

We need the information to register your stay in Croatia's official tourist registration system (eVisitor).

For each guest, provide:

Full name (Name and Surname)
City and date of birth
Nationality
Passport or ID number
The city where you currently live

Alternatively, you can simply fill out our Check-In Registration Form and send it instead (or upload photos of your documents here).

This is a standard legal requirement for accommodation providers in Croatia.

Please complete and submit the check-in registration form for each guest staying in the room.

4. JACUZZI

First fill the jacuzzi up till the water reaches over all the small injectors.
Then you can start the Jacuzzi.

When using the shower or jacuzzi please pop out the shover stick to avoid flooding.

PLEASE NOTE!

Please be careful when using the shower stick in the Jacuzzi, and make sure to turn off the water after use. If the shower stick is left in its holder inside the Jacuzzi while the water is still running, it may cause the room to flood.

You can also use the Jacuzzi as a shower. The shower stick is hidden—simply press it with your finger, and it will pop out.
